Coronavirus - Delivery Information
the spread of Covid-19 poses major challenges for our entire society.
According to the current status, we deliver as usual, but some delays in the delivery time can occur. We ask for your understanding in advance.
Please take into account that there may be delays, we try to keep them as low as possible.
However please note that the situation is very dynamic and can change anytime. Due to the increasing number of corona cases throughout Europe, for example, the following can occur quarantine measures which unexpectedly delay the production of certain articles, logistic bottlenecks or similar.
We are working hard to deliver all orders as soon as possible. 1.) However, as mentioned, there are currently longer delivery times for products that are not in stock, sometimes several weeks and sometimes more. We recommend to order early, because our logistic partners also expect a strongly increased volume during the Christmas business.
2.) Products in stock will be shipped as indicated, usually within a few days. We have greatly increased our stock in order to be able to serve you in the best possible and quickest way.
We have expanded our teams, we have introduced additional measures to ensure the safety of our employees, and everyone is working around the clock. We thank you - our valued customers - from the bottom of our hearts for your trust. As always, we have been doing our best for you for 44 years! In individual cases - due to unforeseeable events in connection with Corona - please expect possible delays!
Please note that from now on, parcel delivery no longer requires a personal signature for receipt.
The deliverer will put down the goods, step back and then write down your name himself as a receipt. However, your presence for the takeover is required, unless you have given a signature release authorization.
Please note that, whenever possible, you should take over the goods upon delivery, as some parcel shops are closed or have limited opening times and can therefore no longer be deposited there for collection.
Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to places that are subject to official restrictions and that this means that delivery will be delayed.
Our customer service and our specialist advisors can be reached by phone and email as usual.
A big request: Please help to relieve our customer service by not asking about the delivery status if the delivery time specified for the product has not yet been exceeded or has not been exceeded significantly. If your product is already shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation.
