A big request: Please do not contact your customer service to ask for a delivery date if it is avoidable. As soon as your goods have been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking numbers.
We are doing our best to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. However, as stated in the shop, there are currently long delivery times, which take a few weeks and sometimes even more. Currently, it take up to two weeks to dispatch goods which are in stock. Then you have to add the time it takes the goods to be shipped and delivered to your adress. We have increased our teams and we have introduced additional measures for the safety of our employees. All of them work at full speed day and night. Unfortunately we can't get faster any more.
We ask for your understanding!
We have decided to make this request after we are lost in emails and calls with inquiries about the delivery time. All products are listed with weeks of delivery times and a note that delays are to be expected. Nevertheless, many customers ask about the delivery time. We understand that our customers are waiting for the items. Neverless we aks for your understanding: it currently takes significantly longer than usual and we cannot ship more than day and night.
